• Course Access: Refunds are not available if you have accessed more than 30% of the course content or completed the course.
• Special Promotions: Courses purchased during special promotions or at a discounted rate are not eligible for refunds unless stated otherwise in the promotion’s terms and conditions.

2. Refund Request Process

• Request Submission: To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@knoige.com with your order number, course name, and reason for the refund.
• Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
• Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

3. Conditions and Exceptions

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact our support team immediately for assistance. Refunds for technical issues are granted on a case-by-case basis.
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same course multiple times, please notify us immediately. We will process a refund for the duplicate purchases.
• Non-Refundable Items: Materials, such as textbooks, manuals, or software associated with the course, are non-refundable once opened or downloaded.

4. Course Cancellations by Knoige

• Instructor Cancellations: If a course is canceled by Knoige or PECB, you will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in another course of equal value.
